MEDITATION MORNING RITUAL

My morning ritual is to get up at 3:00am. This is my quiet time to read something inspiring to start my day.  Before I meditate, I pray.  I then quiet my mind and come to stillness with breath exercises.  Next, I meditate. Being open and receptive, being present, coming to a state of just Being.

After meditation, I send prayers and distant Reiki for those who have sent requests.
