Online OR IN PERSON REIKI SESSIONS

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki is a natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

The cost for the Reiki session is $80.00

Reiki I Class

There are no requirements for the first level of Reiki.

The class is a combination of lectures, discussions, and experiences.

Reiki philosophy: Understand what Reiki energy is and how it works
History of Reiki
The five principles of Reiki
Understanding the seven chakras
Meditation
Attunement
12 Basic Hand Positions
Complete treatment for yourself and others
21-day cleansing process
Certification

The cost for the Reiki I class is $200.00

Reiki II Class

Prerequisite: Completion of Reiki I

The class is a combination of lectures, discussions, and experiences.

The Reiki II class includes the following:

Reiki II symbols and their meaning
Meditation
Attunement
Complete treatment for yourself and others
Certification

The cost for the Reiki II class is $200.00
