Trula is a longtime yoga and meditation teacher whose work centers on educating older adults on how to stay healthy and balanced mentally, physically, and spiritually.

She teaches online yoga and meditation classes to people seeking to experience growth and joy one day at a time!

I wish to inspire others to maintain strength, flexibility, and balance with regular Yoga practice and find inner peace and equilibrium
through meditation.

As we continue to grow and evolve in our life’s journey, I want to show others how to retain an active lifestyle and enhance inner peace and calm with regular Yoga and meditation practice. I have a long-held desire to help others reduce stress and promote healing by offering Reiki sessions and classes.

SERVICES

  • Yoga classes focus on maintaining strength, balance, and flexibility as we age.

    Our classes include physical postures and breathing exercises to maintain strength, balance, flexibility, and pain relief.

    Private classes are offered for Chair Yoga.

  • Weekly meditation sessions include a guided meditation.

    The sessions focus on using breath awareness, learning to let go through concentration techniques, and to center one’s inner reality.

    The benefits of a daily meditation practice include lower stress, reduced tension, enhanced mental health, less memory loss, and improved sleep.

  • Reiki sessions are soothing and promote physical and mental healing.

    Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique that promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

    If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It treats the whole person: the physical, mind, and spirit.
